RECOGNITION

The Norwegian association has automatic recognition of migrants from other EU (European Union) countries. However, an adaptation period of 9 months is required for German migrant physiotherpists. Aptitude tests are generally not required but the association reserves the right to proove each case indivudually.

Knowledge of the host country's language is desirable and must in some cases be achieved. The migrant applicant must be an authorised physiotherapist in Norway to become a member of the association.

Please contact the Norwegian Association for further details.
