| APPLICATION ENCLOSURES | The applicant is required to submit evidence of professional education including qualification documents and details of basic and post-basic education, as well as professional experience. There must be references from the UK and the applicant's Member State. Evidence is required of good conduct. * Evidence of physiotherapy qualification (with diploma) * Evidence of good conduct * Curriculum Vitae * Documentation of applicant's name, date of birth and nationality (e.g. copies of relevant pages from passport). |

| LANGUAGE APTITUDE TEST RECOGNITION | The United Kingdom does not have automatic recognition of migrants from EU countries and reserves the right to proove each applicant individually. Aptitude tests can be provided at request by the applicant. Adaptation periods are usually arranged through the anticipated employment with theoretical education in conjunction with clinical placements and supervision when necessary. Knowledge of the host country's language must be achieved. The migrant applicant does not become a member of the association when applying, but a registrant.
